Lotus Biscoff Lasagne

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup cold black coffee
  • Half a jar of Smooth 400g Biscoff spread

Procedure:

  1. Prepare Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat the mixture using a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the cream cheese and continue mixing until well incorporated.
  2. Melt the Biscoff Spread: Place half a jar of the Lotus Biscoff spread into a microwave-safe container. Microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until it reaches a smooth, melted consistency.
  3. Layer the Base: Start by arranging the Lotus Biscoff cookies at the bottom of your dish. Pour a portion of your cream mixture over the cookies, spreading it out evenly. Drizzle some of the melted Biscoff spread over this layer.
  4. Add Coffee-Soaked Cookies: Dip additional Biscoff cookies into the cold black coffee. Once soaked, place them over the first layer in the dish. Cover this with another portion of the cream mixture.
  5. Decorative Top Layer: For the lasagne's final layer, pour some of the melted Biscoff spread into a piping bag. Pipe lines across the top of the dessert. Use a skewer or chopstick to drag through the lines, alternating directions, to create a marbled effect.
  6. Add Cookie Crumbs: If you have leftover cookies, crush them into fine crumbs. Sprinkle these crumbs around the edges of the dish for added texture and appearance.
  7. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the Biscoff Lasagne for a minimum of six hours. Once set, it's ready to be served and enjoyed!
