Alimango Sotanghon

Ingredients:

  • For deep frying Jolly Claro Palm Oil
  • 2 pcs crab (300 gram), cleaned and each cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/4 cup Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup crab fat (aligue)
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • 250 g Good Life Premium Vermicelli (sotanghon)
  • For garnish green finger chilies, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer pot. Deep fry crabs until cooked, about 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Hear 1/4 cup olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add 2 tablespoon garlic and stir-fry until fragrant and golden. Add crabs and crab fat; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm
  3. Cook Good Life Premium Vermicelli according to package instructions. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan. Add remaining garlic and fry. Add the vermicelli (sotanghon), crabs, and sauce. Transfer to a platter. Garnish with chilies and top shells.
