Ingredients:
- 1 pc. marinated daing na boneless bangus
- 1 pc. red onions (cut into rings)
Bistek Sauce:
- 1⁄4 cup pure Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
- 4 tbsps. premium soy sauce
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1⁄2 tsp grated ginger
- 1⁄2 tsp cracked black pepper
- Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp capers
Procedure:
- Make the bistek sauce by whisking all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce on the marinated daing na boneless bangus.
- Put the boneless bangus & sauce on a plate that can fit in your microwave.
- Cover the plate with plastic food wrap.
- Set the microwave temperature to high.
- Microwave for 4 mins. then stop.
- Top with red onions and capers.
