1 can Jolly Mushrooms Pieces and Stems 400g, drained
200g pig liver, sliced into strips
400g Good Life Egg Noodles, cooked according to package instructions
3 tbsp spring onion, chopped
1 head toasted garlic
1 can Jolly Whole Kernel Corn 425g, drained
1 cup chicharon, crushed
Procedure:
Boil water in a pot. Season with salt, pepper, shrimp paste and pork cube.
Add the sliced pork and cook until tender. Add Jolly Mushrooms Pieces and Stems, and liver. Let it simmer until pork liver is cooked. Remove pork, mushrooms, and liver. Set aside the broth.
Arranged the cooked egg noodles in a serving bowl.
Place the strips of pork, mushrooms, and liver on top of the egg noodles.
Pour the broth over the noodles, and then garnish with spring onions, toasted garlic, Jolly Whole Kernel Corn, and crushed chicharon.
