Ingredients:
- 1 can Jolly Coconut Milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup young coconut meat, cut into strips
- 1 pc medium onion, quartered
- 2 pcs medium tomatoes, quartered
- 2 pcs thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 kg squid, skinned and ink sacs removed
- 1/4 kg tanigue, cubed
- 3 pcs crabs, halved
- 1/4 kg shrimps
- 3pcs green chili
- 1pc medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup sili leaves
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Jolly Coconut Cream
Procedure:
- Combine Jolly Coconut Milk, coconut water, coconut meat, onion, tomatoes, ginger and fish sauce in a pot. Bring to boil.
- Add squid, tanigue, crabs and shrimps. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in green chili, red bell pepper and sili leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in Jolly Coconut Cream and cook until just heated through, about 1 minute. Serve.
