Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups uncooked shell macaroni
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped, seeded tomato
- 250 g Doña Elena 100% Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil
- 2 cans Jolly Green Peas 115g, drained
- 2 pcs hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onion
Herbed Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Jolly Real Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. lemon or calamasi juice
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
Procedure:
- Cook pasta according to package direction.
- Place shredded lettuce in the bottom of a deep salad bowl. Layer in the following order: cooked pasta, cucumber, tomato, Doña Elena 100% Tuna Chunks, Jolly Green Peas and egg slices.
- Mix all the ingredients for the herbed dressing then carefully spread the herbed dressing evenly over top of salad, sealing the edge of the bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and green onion.
