Microwave Olive Oil Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smores

Ingredients:

• ½ cup cake flour
• 4 tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• 6 tbsps. white sugar
• 2 pinch salt
• ¼ cup fresh milk
• 4 tbsps. Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
• 4 tbsps. peanut butter
• 6 pcs. white marshmallow (cut in the middle)
• powdered sugar (for dusting)

Procedure:

1. Combine cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, white sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Whisk the dry ingredients.
3. Pour in the milk and the pure olive oil.
4. Whisk until the dry and wet ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Oil the ramekin with pure olive oil.
6. Put 5 tbsps. of the mixture in every ramekin.
7. Drop the peanut butter in the middle.
8. Cover the mixture in marshmallow.
9. Set the microwave on high and microwave the ramekin for 40 secs.

Note: different brands of microwave has different heat so you may have to adjust the cooking time
