Ingredients:
Marination:
- 1500g Pork Liempo
- 100ml Buenas Barbecue Marinade
- 45g Garlic, small minced
- 2g Black pepper, ground
- 20g Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
Liempo Glaze:
- 100ml Buenas Barbecue Marinade
- 80g Sugar
- 2g Black pepper, ground
- 25g Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
- 50g Banana ketchup
Procedure:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork liempo, Buenas Barbecue marinade, garlic, black pepper and oil. Marinate for 20 mins.
- In a bowl, combine Buenas Barbecue marinade, Sugar, black pepper, garlic and banana ketchup. Mix the ingredients well.
- Preheat the griller for 15 minutes then grill the marinated pork liempo 4 minutes each side.
- Half-way through the grilling, baste the sides of the liempo with the glaze.
