Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kg pork pata, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Good Life Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 5 cups water, or more for boiling
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 1 1/2 cups Jolly Water Chestnuts, drained
- 2 cans Jolly Shiitake Mushrooms 198g, drained
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- Combine pork pata, soy sauce, Good Life Oyster Sauce, brown sugar, water and bay leaves in a casserole. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
- Add Jolly Water Chestnuts and Jolly Shiitake Mushrooms. Simmer for additional 45 minutes-1 hour or until pork pata is very tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with steamed rice.
