Pork and Mushroom Sisig
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo boiled and grilled pig’s face, chopped
- 1 can Jolly Whole Mushrooms, sliced
- 125g grilled chicken liver, chopped
- 2 tbsp calamansi juice
- Pinch black pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup Good Life Oyster Sauce
- 1pc bird’s eye chilli, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp Jolly Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon magarine
- 1 tsp Jolly Canola Oil
Procedure:
- Combine grilled meat, chicken liver, bird’s eye chilli, black pepper, calamansi juice and oyster sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- Sauté onions and Jolly Whole Mushrooms in Canola Oil until cooked.
- Add marinated meat and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Grease sizzling plate with margarine. Place the greased sizzling plate on a burner over low fire.
- Add sautéed sisig mixture on the hot sizzling plate.
- Top with a tablespoon of Jolly Mayonnaise, calamansi and sliced finger chill and serve hot.
