Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Procedure:
- To make pork torta, heat 2 tablespoons Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add ground pork, salt and pepper. Cook until pork changes color.
- Stir in potato, red bell pepper, Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms and Jolly Whole Kernel Corn. Cook until potato is tender. Transfer meat mixture in a bowl then add eggs. Mix well.
- Heat remaining 4 tablespoons oil in a pan. Drop 3-4 tablespoons meat mixture and fry until golden.
- To make teriyaki sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve with pork torta.
