- 1/4 cup Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 pcs red chili, finely chopped
- ½ cup bacon, chopped
- 1 can Jolly Shiitake Mushrooms 198g, drained and sliced
- 1 can Jolly Red Pimientos 113g, drained and cut into strips
- 25 pcs okra, blanched and chopped
- 2 tsp liquid seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Heat Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil in a pan. Sauté garlic, red chili and bacon for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add Jolly Shiitake Mushrooms, Jolly Red Pimientos and okra. Cook until okra is tender but still crisp.
- Season with liquid seasoning, salt and pepper. Serve.
