1 can Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail 850g, drained, syrup reserved and chilled
1 can Jolly Mandarin Orange 11oz, drained, syrup reserved and chilled
Pour soya milk in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin powder over soy milk and let it stand for 5 minutes. Heat mixture over moderate heat until gelatin is completely melted, stirring constantly. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 5 hours or until set.
Combine reserved Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail syrup and Jolly Mandarin Orange syrup in bowl. Set aside.
To serve, spoon taho in individual cups. Add syrup and top with Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail and Jolly Mandarin Orange.
