Tokwa't Baboy with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 500g pork, cubed
• 1 can Jolly Whole Mushrooms 400g, drained and halved
• 6 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Good Life Oyster Sauce
• 1 cup water
• 4 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 small blocks tofu, cubed and deep fried
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 pcs dried bay leaves

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a cooking pot then sauté garlic until color turns light brown.
2. Add pork and Jolly Mushrooms cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the pork turns light brown.
3. Pour-in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Let it boil and simmer until the pork becomes tender.
4. Add vinegar and wait until the liquid boils. Stir.
5. Put-in sugar and fried tofu. Cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Stir.
7. Turn off heat. Transfer to a serving bowl. Share and enjoy!
