Almond Gelatin with Lychee and Grass Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 1 envelope Almond Gelatin
  • 1 can Jolly Lychee, sliced
  • 1 can Jolly Grass Jelly

Procedure:

  1. Cook almond gelatin according to package.
  2. In a gelatin mould, put slices of Jolly Lychees and Grass Jelly gelatin at the bottom.
  3. Pour cooked almond gelatin onto moulds and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Serves 4.
