Aloha Tuna
Ingredients:
- 185 g Doña Elena 100% Tuna Shredded in Sunflower Oil, drained
- 50 g button mushrooms
- 50 g tomato catsup
- 1/3 cup Mott’s 100% Apple Juice
- 1/3 cup Jolly Pineapple Tidbits, drained
- 20 g bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- cooking spray
Procedure:
- Use cooking spray to coat pan.
- Sauté garlic and white onion.
- Add shredded tuna, bell pepper, mushrooms, pineapple tidbits, tomato ketchup and Mott’s 100% apple juice.
- Season with salt and stir to mix well. Makes 35 pieces.
Recipe Variation:To decrease sodium content, substitute catsup with reduced-sodium tomato sauce.
