Baked Cinnamon and Rosemary Peach Cobbler

Baked Cinnamon and Rosemary Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 pcs egg, beaten to blend
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 cup Jolly Cow Fresh Milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Jolly Peach Halves, each cut into 1/2 inch wedges
  • cinnamon powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

For topping:

  • Whipped cream / ice-cream
  • Jolly Maraschino Cherries with stems

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk first all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, all-purpose cream, Jolly Cow Fresh Milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  4. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; whisk until smooth.
  5. Melt butter in a 12" skillet over medium heat. Swirl pan to coat with butter. Remove from heat.
  6. Add batter to pan then scatter Jolly Peaches over. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon powder and rosemary.
  7. Bake until a tester inserted into center of cobbler comes out clean, 45–50 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly.
  9. Top with vanilla ice cream and Jolly Maraschino Cherries.
