Baked Cinnamon and Rosemary Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 pcs egg, beaten to blend
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
- 1 cup Jolly Cow Fresh Milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups Jolly Peach Halves, each cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
For topping:
- Whipped cream / ice-cream
- Jolly Maraschino Cherries with stems
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk first all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, all-purpose cream, Jolly Cow Fresh Milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; whisk until smooth.
- Melt butter in a 12" skillet over medium heat. Swirl pan to coat with butter. Remove from heat.
- Add batter to pan then scatter Jolly Peaches over. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon powder and rosemary.
- Bake until a tester inserted into center of cobbler comes out clean, 45–50 minutes.
- Let cool slightly.
- Top with vanilla ice cream and Jolly Maraschino Cherries.
