Beef Bibimbap
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Good Life Sesame Oil, divided
- 1/4 k sirloin beef, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pc medium carrot, shredded
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cups kangkong leaves
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Jolly Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 can Jolly Shiitake Mushrooms 198g, drained and sliced salt and pepper, to taste
- 5 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 5 pc fried egg
- 5 tsp korean chili paste
Procedure:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of Good Life Sesame Oil in a pan. Add beef and stir-fry with soy sauce and brown sugar until cooked through. Set aside.
- Using remaining sesame oil and stir-fry carrots, bean sprouts, kangkong, cabbage, Jolly Whole Kernel Corn and Jolly Shiitake Mushrooms separately using 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil per vegetable. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place 1 cup rice in each of 5 bowls. Top each serving evenly with beef, stir-fried vegetables, kimchi, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon chili paste. Serve immediately.
