Chips and Dips

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc small onion, chopped
  • 100 beef, ground
  • 1/4 cup Jolly Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
  • 1/2 cup Italian style spaghetti sauce
  • 4-5 cups tortilla or nacho chips
  • 2 pcs medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup cheese magic
  • sour cream (optional)

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, sauté onion and beef until cooked. Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add Italian style spaghetti sauce. Cook, stirring continuously for 5 minutes or until mixture is slightly dry. Set aside.
  3. Arrange chips on a serving platter. Top with sautéed mixture and tomatoes. Drizzle with cheese magic. Add sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
