Creamy Potato Marbles

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1tbsp onion, chopped
  • 500 grams ground beef or pork
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 1 can Jolly Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Jolly Green Peas 155g
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 500 grams potato marbles, boiled with peel

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, heat oil then brown chicken on all sides, remove from pot then set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add 300ml Jolly Coconut Cream, potatoes, carrots and chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add curry powder and 100ml Jolly Coconut Cream. Season with ground pepper and fish sauce.
