Fruited Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked shell or elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can Jolly Mandarin Oranges 11oz
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 can Jolly Water Chestnut, sliced 560g
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Jolly Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- dried oregano
Procedure:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large mixing bowl combine cooked pasta, chicken, Jolly Mandarin Oranges, grapes, Jolly Water Chestnut and celery.
- Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill for an hour
- To serve, line salad plates with leaf lettuce. Divide chicken mixture among plates.
- Makes 4-5 servings.
