Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsps. basil, chopped
- 1⁄2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano
- 8 pcs. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. freshly cracked pepper
- 1⁄2 cup Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
- 1⁄2 pack or 250g of Dona Elena Al Dente Spaghetti
- 1 lemon wedge
Procedure:
- Put the crumbled feta, garlic, parsley, basil, chili flakes, dried oregano, cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper on a bowl.
- Heat the Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil until it reaches its smoke point.
- Pour the hot oil in the bowl with the ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add the cooked Dona Elena Al Dente Spaghetti.
- Squeeze the lemon on top then serve.
