Hot Olive Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsps. basil, chopped
  • 1⁄2 tsp. chili flakes
  • 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 8 pcs. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. freshly cracked pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
  • 1⁄2 pack or 250g of Dona Elena Al Dente
  • Spaghetti
  • 1 lemon wedge

Procedure:

  1. Put the crumbled feta, garlic, parsley, basil, chili flakes, dried oregano, cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper on a bowl.
  2. Heat the Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil until it reaches its smoke point.
  3. Pour the hot oil in the bowl with the ingredients.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Add the cooked Dona Elena Al Dente Spaghetti.
  6. Squeeze the lemon on top then serve.
