Mango Sago

Mango Sago

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs whole ripe mangoes
  • 1 can Jolly Coconut Milk, 400ml
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca pearls, cooked
  • Mango cubes

Procedure:

  1. To make mango puree, place ripe mango flesh in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, pour Jolly Coconut Milk and sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Add mango puree and cooked tapioca pearls.
  3. Transfer mango mixture in serving cups. Chill until firm.
  4. Serve chilled, topped with ripe mango cubes.
