Garlic Parmesan Pasta Chips

Garlic Parmesan Pasta Chips

Ingredients:

Pasta Chips:

  • 100g Dona Elena Al Dente Fusilli
  • 1 tbsp. Dona Elena Pomace Olive Oil

Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 whole garlic (with skin)
  • 1 tbsp. Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsps. parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsps. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsps. lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Truffle Aioli Dip:

  • 2 tbsps. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsps. truffle oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps. heavy cream

Procedure:

  1. Roast the whole garlic in the oven at 356F for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the roasted garlic cloves from the skin and mash, then mix it with Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
  3. Toss the raw pasta in Dona Elena Pomace Olive Oil, salt, and the garlic parmesan sauce.
  4. Cook in air fryer for 10mins at 400F.
  5. Transfer the pasta chips to a plate.
  6. Serve with truffle aioli dip on the side.
