Garlic Parmesan Pasta Chips
Ingredients:
Pasta Chips:
- 100g Dona Elena Al Dente Fusilli
- 1 tbsp. Dona Elena Pomace Olive Oil
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 1 whole garlic (with skin)
- 1 tbsp. Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
- 3 tbsps. parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsps. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsps. lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Truffle Aioli Dip:
- 2 tbsps. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsps. truffle oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsps. heavy cream
Procedure:
- Roast the whole garlic in the oven at 356F for 20 minutes.
- Remove the roasted garlic cloves from the skin and mash, then mix it with Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
- Toss the raw pasta in Dona Elena Pomace Olive Oil, salt, and the garlic parmesan sauce.
- Cook in air fryer for 10mins at 400F.
- Transfer the pasta chips to a plate.
- Serve with truffle aioli dip on the side.
