Pork Sinabawan with Tausi

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg pork liempo, cut into serving sizes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 pcs black peppercorn
  • 2 tbsp Jolly Salted Black Beans, drained
  • 1 pc medium white onion, quartered
  • 2 pcs tomato, quartered
  • 5 pcs Jolly Young Corn Whole, halved
  • 1 pic red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped kinchay
  • Fish saue to taste

Procedure:

  1. Put pork in a pot and add water, salt, and black peppercorns. Bring to boil and simmer until meat is tender, skimming the foam from the surface regularly.
  2. Add Jolly Salted Black Beans, white onion, tomatoes, Jolly Young Corn Whole, and red bell pepper. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in kinchay and adjust seasoning by adding fish sauce. Serve.
