Pork Sinabawan with Tausi
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg pork liempo, cut into serving sizes
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 pcs black peppercorn
- 2 tbsp Jolly Salted Black Beans, drained
- 1 pc medium white onion, quartered
- 2 pcs tomato, quartered
- 5 pcs Jolly Young Corn Whole, halved
- 1 pic red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped kinchay
- Fish saue to taste
Procedure:
- Put pork in a pot and add water, salt, and black peppercorns. Bring to boil and simmer until meat is tender, skimming the foam from the surface regularly.
- Add Jolly Salted Black Beans, white onion, tomatoes, Jolly Young Corn Whole, and red bell pepper. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in kinchay and adjust seasoning by adding fish sauce. Serve.
