Porkchop Italiano
Ingredients:
- 1 kg porkchop
- 2 pcs eggs, beaten
- Salt for seasoning
- 1 pack 500ml Jolly Claro Palm Oil
For Italian Bread Crumbs:
- 1 cup Good Life bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Procedure:
For Italian Bread Crumbs:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or put in a food processor. Mix well and set aside.
For Porkchop Italiano:
- Season porkchops with salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes to absorb.
- Heat oil on a frying pan.
- Dip porkchops on the beaten egg then to the Italian breadcrumbs then fry. Turning it occasionally until porkchop is cooked or golden brown. Serves 6.
