Porkchop Italiano

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg porkchop
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • Salt for seasoning
  • 1 pack 500ml Jolly Claro Palm Oil

For Italian Bread Crumbs:

  • 1 cup Good Life bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Procedure:

For Italian Bread Crumbs:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or put in a food processor. Mix well and set aside.

For Porkchop Italiano:

  1. Season porkchops with salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes to absorb.
  2. Heat oil on a frying pan.
  3. Dip porkchops on the beaten egg then to the Italian breadcrumbs then fry. Turning it occasionally until porkchop is cooked or golden brown. Serves 6.
