Sesame Asparagus and Carrots Stir Fry

Sesame Asparagus and Carrots Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans Jolly Asparagus Cuts 425g
  • 6 small carrots, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (diagonal)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Good Life Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil

Procedure:

  1. Coat a non-stick wok with canola oil and place over high heat
  2. Add carrots and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Ass the Jolly Asparagus and water and stir and toss to combine.
  3. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes
  4. Uncover and add ginger. Stir-fry until any remaining water evaporates.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. To serve, divide among individual plates
