Sesame Asparagus and Carrots Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 cans Jolly Asparagus Cuts 425g
- 6 small carrots, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (diagonal)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Good Life Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
Procedure:
- Coat a non-stick wok with canola oil and place over high heat
- Add carrots and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Ass the Jolly Asparagus and water and stir and toss to combine.
- Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes
- Uncover and add ginger. Stir-fry until any remaining water evaporates.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
- To serve, divide among individual plates
