Shrimp Guisado with Mushroom and Tausi

Shrimp Guisado with Mushroom and Tausi

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Jolly Heartmate Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Jolly Salted Black Beans
  • 1 can (198 grams) Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 kilo medium-sized shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup kinchay, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in pan over low heat. Sauté bacon, garlic, and onion for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant.
  2. Add Jolly Salted Black Beans, Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms and red bell pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in shrimps and kinchay and cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimps turn pink. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
