Shrimp Guisado with Mushroom and Tausi
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Jolly Heartmate Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup bacon, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Jolly Salted Black Beans
- 1 can (198 grams) Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 kilo medium-sized shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup kinchay, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Heat oil in pan over low heat. Sauté bacon, garlic, and onion for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add Jolly Salted Black Beans, Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms and red bell pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in shrimps and kinchay and cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimps turn pink. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
