Straw Mushroom and Baby Corn Saute

Straw Mushroom and Baby Corn Saute

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
  • 1 can Jolly Young Corn Cuts, drained (425g)
  • 1 can Jolly Straw Mushroom, drained and halved (425g)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tbsp broth (1 tbsp of powdered seasoning dissolved in 4 tbsp of warm water)
  • 1/8 tsp sugar

Procedure:

  1. In a hot frying pan or wok, sauté the garlic and ginger in Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil.
  2. Add Jolly Young Corn Cuts, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the oyster sauce, chicken broth, and sugar.
  4. Stir, and toss.
  5. When the mixture is hot, add the halved Jolly Straw Mushrooms, and stir gently, over high heat.
  6. Serve with pan-seared fish fillet and steamed rice.
