Taho with Fruit Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 cups soya milk
- 4 tsp gelatin powder
- 1 can Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail 850g, drained, syrup reserved and chilled
- 1 can Jolly Mandarin Orange 11oz, drained, syrup reserved and chilled
Procedure:
- Pour soya milk in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin powder over soy milk and let it stand for 5 minutes. Heat mixture over moderate heat until gelatin is completely melted, stirring constantly. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 5 hours or until set.
- Combine reserved Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail syrup and Jolly Mandarin Orange syrup in bowl. Set aside.
- To serve, spoon taho in individual cups. Add syrup and top with Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail and Jolly Mandarin Orange.
