Wagyu Beef Cubes Stroganoff

Wagyu Beef Cubes Stroganoff

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
  • 12 pcs. wagyu beef cubes
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsps. white onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Jolly Pieces & Stems Mushrooms 400g
  • 4 cups Dona Elena Al Dente Fettuccine, cooked
  • 1 ½ cup cooking cream
  • ½ sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 egg yolks
  • shaved parmesan

Procedure:

  1. Season the wagyu cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, heat the pure olive oil.
  3. Sear the wagyu cubes until cooked and set aside.
  4. On the same pan add more pure olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic.
  5. Pour the cooking cream, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, mushrooms.
  6. Simmer & toss the cooked fettucine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and add the seared wagyu cubes.
  8. Top with egg yolk on top and shaved parmesan cheese.
