Wagyu Beef Cubes Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
- 12 pcs. wagyu beef cubes
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsps. white onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Jolly Pieces & Stems Mushrooms 400g
- 4 cups Dona Elena Al Dente Fettuccine, cooked
- 1 ½ cup cooking cream
- ½ sour cream
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- shaved parmesan
Procedure:
- Season the wagyu cubes with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat the pure olive oil.
- Sear the wagyu cubes until cooked and set aside.
- On the same pan add more pure olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic.
- Pour the cooking cream, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, mushrooms.
- Simmer & toss the cooked fettucine.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the seared wagyu cubes.
- Top with egg yolk on top and shaved parmesan cheese.
