1 can Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms 198g, drained
1/2 cup Jolly Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
10-12 pcs small flour tortilla, heated
Marinate beef in garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and black pepper mixture for 3 hours.
Heat Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil in a pan. Pan-fry beef in batches. Set aside.
In the same pan, stir fry onion, bell pepper, Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms and Jolly Whole Kernel Corn for 5 minutes. Return beef to pan then stir in chili powder, cumin and Worcestershire sauce. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt.
Turn off the heat and stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortillas.
