Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil
- 1 pc large onion, sliced
- 2 pcs red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 can Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms 198g, drained
- 1/2 cup Jolly Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 10-12 pcs small flour tortilla, heated
Procedure:
- Marinate beef in garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and black pepper mixture for 3 hours.
- Heat Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil in a pan. Pan-fry beef in batches. Set aside.
- In the same pan, stir fry onion, bell pepper, Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms and Jolly Whole Kernel Corn for 5 minutes. Return beef to pan then stir in chili powder, cumin and Worcestershire sauce. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt.
- Turn off the heat and stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortillas.
