Garlic Butter Shrimps

Garlic Butter Shrimps

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 can Jolly Whole Mushrooms 400g, drained and halved
  • 1 can Jolly Red Pimientos 113g, drained and cut into strips
  • 1 pc chicken broth cube
  • 1 kg shrimps, shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil and butter in a pan. Sauté bacon and garlic until lightly browned
  2. Stir in Jolly Whole Mushrooms, Jolly Red Pimientos and chicken broth cube until just heated through
  3. Add shrimps and parsley and cook until shrimps turn pink. Season to taste with salt and pepper
