Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup unsalted creamy almond & peanut butter
- 1/3 cup nut butter softened in room temperature
- ½ cup Langnese Golden Clear Honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 ¼ cup Daily Fix Very Nutty Granola
- ½ cup superfine almond flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup daily free chocolate chip cookies or chopped chocolate
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Procedure:
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- Mix all the liquid ingredients first then add the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture. Do not go over board with your add-ins to avoid making it crumble or fall apart.
- Adjust dough consistency accordingly – it should not be too dry or wet.
- Place ¼ cup cookie dough balls in a baking sheet & flatten each slightly.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown but still soft. Avoid overbaking the cookies.
- Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet and transfer to a cooling rack. It will continue to set after removing it from the oven.
