8 pcs. of thinly sliced beef (short plate) 2 tbsps. Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil 2 cloves of garlic Black and white sesame seeds 1 tsp. soy sauce 1⁄2 tsp. sugar 1⁄2 tsp. salt
Kimchi Rice:
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp. Dona Elena Pomace Olive Oil
1 tbsp. white onion
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsps. gochujang sauce
1 tsp. fish sauce
2 tbsps. soy sauce
1 pinch of gochugaru
2 1⁄2 tbsps. kimchi
Assemble:
1 pc. Egg
2 tbsps. Corn
2 tbsps. mozzarella cheese
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of gochugaru
1 pinch of furikake
Procedure:
Marinade beef with Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil, garlic, black and white sesame seeds, soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
To make the kimchi sauce, in a pan, sauté white onion, garlic, and ginger in Doña Elena Pomace Olive Oil. Then season with gochujang, fish sauce, soy sauce, gochugaru, and kimchi.
Fry egg and set aside.
To assemble, heat cast iron pan over stove top. Once hot, remove from the stove top, put kimchi sauce in the middle of cooked cup of rice, and place rice in the middle. Top with fried egg. Put the beef around the rice and top with corn, mozzarella cheese, pepper, gochugaru, and furikake.
