Mango Sago with Grass Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 4pcs or 8 halves mangoes
  • 1/2 cups cooked small sago
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Jolly Grass Jelly, cubed
  • Crushed ice

Procedure:

  1. Slice mangoes removing the big seed. Cut 2 halves of mango (remove skin) into small chunks. Place in a big bowl the mango chunks, sago and Jolly Grass Jelly. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile put in a blender the remaining mango halves (with the skin removed,) water and sugar. Blend until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour onto the big bowl with the mango chunks and mix. Serve with crushed ice. Makes 4-6 servings.
