Mango Sago with Grass Jelly
Ingredients:
- 4pcs or 8 halves mangoes
- 1/2 cups cooked small sago
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Jolly Grass Jelly, cubed
- Crushed ice
Procedure:
- Slice mangoes removing the big seed. Cut 2 halves of mango (remove skin) into small chunks. Place in a big bowl the mango chunks, sago and Jolly Grass Jelly. Set aside.
- Meanwhile put in a blender the remaining mango halves (with the skin removed,) water and sugar. Blend until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour onto the big bowl with the mango chunks and mix. Serve with crushed ice. Makes 4-6 servings.
