No-Bake Fruit Cocktail Pie

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Filling:

  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 packs all-purpose cream 250g

Topping:

  • 1 can Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail 850g, drained
  • 1 bottle Jolly Maraschino Cherries 6oz, drained

Procedure:

  1. Mix graham crackers, powdered sugar and butter in a bowl. Press mixture into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Place in freezer 10 minutes or until set.
  2. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth. Fold in all-purpose cream.
  3. Spread filling over crust and top with Jolly Tropical Fruit Cocktail and Jolly Maraschino Cherries.
  4. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight to set.
