1 can Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms 284g, drained
1 cup Jolly Whole Kernel Corn, drained
5 cups cooked rice
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 pcs tomato, chopped
1 pc medium red onion, chopped (for toppings)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Procedure:
Heat Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and red onion until fragrant. Add beef, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until brown, stirring occasionally.
Add Jolly Tomato Paste and soy sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add water to moisten mixture. Stir in Jolly Pieces and Stems Mushrooms and Jolly Whole Kernel Corn and cook until just heated through
To assemble, scoop rice in individual bowls. Top with cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro. Serve hot.
