Carmin De Peumo Carmenere has a deep, dark red with a violet hue color. The smell is nose is very elegant and complex with notes of spices, blueberries, a touch of red currants and tobacco. The taste palate is deep, concentrated, and underlying tannins with distinct nuances of the Peumo terroir. A touch of silt, pencil lead, and minerals. Easy to drink, with a recalling of modern Bordeaux blend but with the elegance and fruit of the New World.
