Chips and Dips
Ingredients:
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- 100 beef, ground
- 1/4 cup Jolly Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
- 1/2 cup Italian style spaghetti sauce
- 4-5 cups tortilla or nacho chips
- 2 pcs medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup cheese magic
- sour cream (optional)
Procedure:
- In a pan, sauté onion and beef until cooked. Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Italian style spaghetti sauce. Cook, stirring continuously for 5 minutes or until mixture is slightly dry. Set aside.
- Arrange chips on a serving platter. Top with sautéed mixture and tomatoes. Drizzle with cheese magic. Add sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
