Garlic Butter Shrimps
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 1 can Jolly Whole Mushrooms 400g, drained and halved
- 1 can Jolly Red Pimientos 113g, drained and cut into strips
- 1 pc chicken broth cube
- 1 kg shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- Heat Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil and butter in a pan. Sauté bacon and garlic until lightly browned
- Stir in Jolly Whole Mushrooms, Jolly Red Pimientos and chicken broth cube until just heated through
- Add shrimps and parsley and cook until shrimps turn pink. Season to taste with salt and pepper
