Combine all ingredients in a bowl or put in a food processor. Blend well. Store in an airtight container.
For Mozzarella Sticks:
Prepare 3 small bowls.
First bowl, combine flour and cornstarch and mix well.
Second bowl, beat together egg and water.
Third bowl, the Italian breadcrumbs.
In a heavy saucepan or deep fryer, heat oil.
Coat mozzarella sticks one at a time on the flour mixture then onto the egg mixture then lastly onto the breadcrumbs then deep fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Makes 16 sticks.
