Assemble the turon by placing two slices of Jolly Peach Halves in the middle of each lumpia wrapper. Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon and sugar mixture per lumpia wrapper. Roll up to form a baton then deep-fry in oil until golden brown.
To make coconut sauce, combine sugar and water in saucepan. Caramelize over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute before adding Jolly Coconut Cream. Heat the pan again and mix until caramel is dissolved and sauce is thickened.
Drizzle coconut sauce over turon then sprinkle with toasted peanuts just before serving.
