Red Bean with Grass Jelly

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup grass jelly
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup sweet red beans (bottled)
• 2 tbsp Jolly Cow Condensada
• 2 cups shaved ice
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, optional

Procedure:

1. In a medium sized serving bowl, put shaved ice in the middle shaping it like a dome.
2. Arrange sweet beans and grass jelly around the dome ice. Drizzle condensed milk on top of shaved ice and serve. Two to three persons can share this dessert.
3. Optional: Flatten shaved ice and scoop vanilla ice cream on top.
