Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

Ingredients:

• 500g Dona Elena Al Dente Lasagna
• 2 tbsps. Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
• ½ cup white onion, finely chopped
• 4 tbsps. garlic, finely chopped
• 1 cup Jolly Canned Whole Button Mushroom, sliced
• ½ tsp. italian seasoning
• 2 cups melting cheese
• ½ cup cream cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup cooking cream
• 3 tbsps. butter

Procedure:

1. Boil pasta in a pot according to packaging instructions and set aside.
2. Heat the pure olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Sauté the white onion and garlic until translucent.
4. Add the button mushroom, Italian seasoning, and spinach, then sauté briefly.
5. Add the milk, cream, 1 cup of the melting cheese, and cream cheese. Let it simmer until it thickens.
6. Put 1/4cup of the sauce at the bottom of your oven safe casserole.
7. Layer with the pasta and repeat.
8. Top with the white sauce evenly and add the butter and melting cheese on top.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until cheese has melted and browned.
